King James Version: New Testament - Luke 10:36

Who Is My Neighbour?
This passage asked us to find the answers of the question "Who Is Our Neighbor" from the point of the victim. And we tend to overlook this.
Sometimes when we are angry, we tend to justify ourselves by asking the question from the point of view of the scribes. The question "Who is my neighbor" becomes "Who deserve our love".
We can feel there is a big different between the 2 point of views. To a victim, every one is your neighbor because you need their help. But to someone who is arrogant, like the scribes, the answer to the question is the only person that deserves my love is only the one that is good or beneficial to me.

King James Version: Old Testament - Isaiah 43:4

God Can Not But Love Us 100%.
God is love, therefore he can not but 100% love us. He love us not because of who we are or what we do, instead, He love us therefore we are. In another word, we exist because God love us. And we can't find happiness in our life until we return His love (loving Him back). And we won't find peace until we find God.
St Augustine said "Our soul is restless, O Lord, until it rests in You."

I don't agree with the interpretation that "Long prayers are ... vain, needless, and ...
Prayer are supposed to be a loving and personal communication between us and God. It can be as long as it takes to tell a story or as short as one word. I believe what the writer of this verse wants to convey to us is that in prayer, we need to be honest and sincere about what we pray just like when we talk to someone we love.
