God is love, therefore he can not but 100% love us. He love us not because of who we are or what we do, instead, He love us therefore we are. In another word, we exist because God love us. And we can't find happiness in our life until we return His love (loving Him back). And we won't find peace until we find God.
St Augustine said "Our soul is restless, O Lord, until it rests in You."
